Project Bolt: Search-Driven API
Ucommerce is set to release it new project named Project Bolt. The new API will provide an incredible increase to performance for searching and querying on the Ucommerce platform.
The new API will be replacing RavenDB, a NoSQL database, with two of the most popular search engines, Lucene and Elasticsearch. Ucommerce partners have been asking for an easier to use and much more scalable search option and Ucommerce is delivering on that request.
