SDPS is a Microsoft funded service that provides no cost MethodFactory SharePoint deployment planning services at a variety of different levels.
Strategy Briefing. Demonstrate SharePoint’s functionality, discuss organization best practices and envision how SharePoint could be optimally employed to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Architectural Design Session. Consider the organization’s size, activity, expected use of SharePoint and integration with other business systems. Design an optimal SharePoint architecture to support the organization.
Deployment Planning. Lead deployment planning workshops to document functional requirements for a SharePoint deployment. Develop and deliver a deployment document and associated task plan.
Proof of Concept. Launch a proof of concept SharePoint environment in the customer’s network. Provide knowledge transfer to IT stakeholders.
