Microsoft .Net Application Developer
MethodFactory, an application development firm located in Sarasota, FL is currently
seeking an experienced .NET Developer. In this role, you will work on multiple development
projects using Microsoft development tools and technologies. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Client Relationship Managers to ensure the successful
development of Web and Windows-based projects. You will be required to develop Web
sites and Windows applications adhering to internal development standards and practices.
You will be given the opportunity to assist in the creation of and create software
designs for the projects you are assigned.
Candidate requirements:
• C# and VB.net competency
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experienced with development using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well
with other departments and varying levels of management
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Self-sufficient problem solver
• Ability to function successfully in a fast paced environment and work on multiple
projects and requests simultaneously
Preferred:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Content Management Server, Commerce Server, Biztalk
Server, Sharepoint Server.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Certified Professional
• Five or more years experience of software development (internet/web programming,
Windows applications, database design/development) using Microsoft Technologies.
